Now that’s a fine idea! Not sure why I’ve never grown horseradish. Are the greens edible?

You know, I don’t know if you can eat the leaves. I’ll have to look into it. We kind of blindly planted it a few month ago. They had some tubers at our nursery and we stuck it in the ground to see what it would do. We did it out of curiosity more than anything, but now we need to figure out when to harvest it etc.

I eat the leaves in soup and stir fry. If you eat a lot at one time then it is a digestive irritant.
