    And aren’t they beautiful? I just saw a recipe for herb mayonnaise that might taste pretty wonderful with artichokes. Hmmmm.

    Our, too. We’ve been enjoying them for a few weeks now, and are prepping them in a variety of ways….we’ve started to preserve to keep on top of the supply. Yum!

    I adore artichokes. I’ve had them boiled, deep fried and cut in half and grilled. How do you like them?
